u   Provide research, reports and advising on governance issues such as international conventions, quantitative methods for evaluation, corruption in the United States.

Transparency International, Senior Research Coordinator, Berlin, Germany, 2006–2008.

u   Led the National Integrity Systems program, including country studies to assess politics, civil society, and the private sector worldwide.

u   Revived a languishing program and consolidated its reputation and effectiveness through consultation with a global movement as well as innovation for new directions.

u   Head of team to develop new quantitative method for country assessment.
